The group meets every Monday night, all holidays included, at 7:30 pm in the Gallery Room, first floor of Newman Hall. The session is open on a drop in basis.
NOTE: Because of COVID-19, we are no longer meeting until it becomes safe to return back to the church.

Practice this ancient tradition of contemplative prayer which seeks silence and stillness – beyond word and thought. The weekly 45 minute session includes a brief recorded introductory talk by Fr. Laurence Freeman, Fr. John Main or others, instruction on how to meditate, a 25 minute period of silent meditation, followed by an opportunity to ask questions. The session concludes with the Lord’s Prayer.

Our meditation group follows a format developed by the World Community for Christian Meditation. Their website has a wealth of information about meditation including downloadable podcasts.
